:: Shoulder issues?  Here is a link I often recommend.  Scroll down in the link to the 5 minute video at the bottom. ::

I know it has helped many of my clients, (and myself), avoid surgery and get their shoulder feeling more normal and strong again.

Sometimes, the tension around a joint can cause so much pressure that pain is incurred from the bones grating on each other, or pinching nerves. Sometimes, you don't need surgery, you just need to get some space into the joint and regain mobility and flexibility.

I recommend doing these range of motion exercises with NO WEIGHT at all, just go thru the motions, ALWAYS within your comfort. A good stretch is ok, but not any pain. After a couple weeks, if you feel up to it, add just a 1 pound weight, see how you feel.
As Dr. Harrison says, keep the weight very low, for women I'd say a max of 3 pounds, eventually, when the shoulder is feeling well.

:: Chronic Back and Neck pains? :: There is a lot you can do between sessions to help your neck and back discomforts.  I try to show some exercises/stretches/strengthening if I have time between appointments, but sometimes time runs short and I really want you to have some resources at your fingertips.

“Some of the exercises shown can help relieve simple neck and back pain. Other exercises can also be effective at strengthening for injury prevention.” ~ Spine Nevada

ALWAYS work gently, slowly, controlled, ALWAYS within comfort.  It should feel good, a good stretch, breathe with the stretch 3 times, allowing opening.  Don’t push it.  But, there is a fine line to getting moving and getting thru some initial discomfort to loosen things up.  Go gently and listen to your body.  Just like we do on the table.  =)
