Energy work is something that needs to be experienced to truly understand, and I suggest 3 sessions initially over about 2-3 months for your wellbeing.  This allows us to establish a rapport, and for one to understand how to work with the energy, to work together on what you need, and get into deeper levels of work.  Regular energy work going forward is beneficial for your overall wellbeing and health.

            Pandemic option::  Distance/ Remote sessions available.  An e mail with a voice recording of session is provided.  This is a great way to recalibrate, recenter, clear, get balanced, heal - - during the pandemic.  I have been doing distance/ remote sessions for over a decade with repeat clients and great feedback.  This is the way right now, tune in and try it out if you haven't already.  Put your skepticism aside and give it a chance. This session is done partly via an initial phone call, partly with you relaxing at home at a specified time, and partly listening to a recording sent via email.

For everyone’s safety, including the community at large -
At this time, I am wearing a n95 or kn94 mask while working on clients as we are in close contact for a prolonged period.
You may chose to wear a mask or not, though wearing a mask will help decrease transmission and protect others each of us may come into contact with whom may have compromising health situations.
